Managing MyPrime account details

Once you have created a MyPrime account, you are able to manage or amend your PrimeLocation account login details from our website. Any changes will take effect immediately.

During your registration, this was conducted via secure servers. We take online security and your privacy very seriously, and use encryption to make sure your personal details are secure, in accordance with industry best practice. We also don't share your email address or any other personal details with third parties.

To manage your MyPrime account:

  1. Visit www.primelocation.com
  2. Click Sign in/Register
  3. Enter your login credentials and click Sign in
  4. Either hover over My Prime and click Edit my profile, or, click My Prime and click Edit profile 
  5. Click the My Profile tab
  6. On the My Details tab, you can change your:
    • Contact Name
    • Telephone Number
    • Postcode
    • Buying / Moving Preferences

  7. If you make any changes, click Update profile
  8. Click on the Change password tab to change your MyPrime password
  9. Type in your Current password and then enter your New Password, and then re-type it to confirm it
  10. Once you make your changes, click Change password 
  11. Click on the Change email tab to change the email address associated with your MyPrime account
  12. Type in your New email address and then click Change email address
