If you have set up your email alerts but are not receiving them, it may be that either your email address is incorrect in your My Prime account, or there is a problem receiving the mail to your inbox.
Follow the troubleshooting steps below to start receiving email alerts:
- Check your email address is correct on My Prime:
- Visit www.primelocation.com
- Click Sign in/Register
- Enter your login credentials and click Sign in
- Either hover over My Prime and click Edit my profile, or, click My Prime and click Edit profile
- Click the My Profile tab
- Click Change Email
- Follow the prompts to change your email
- Check your email's Junk or Spam folder to see if the Zoopla email alert is there
