Why am I not receiving email alerts?


If you have set up your email alerts but are not receiving them, it may be that either your email address is incorrect in your My Prime account, or there is a problem receiving the mail to your inbox. 

Follow the troubleshooting steps below to start receiving email alerts: 

  1. Check your email address is correct on My Prime:
    1. Visit www.primelocation.com
    2. Click Sign in/Register
    3. Enter your login credentials and click Sign in
    4. Either hover over My Prime and click Edit my profile, or, click My Prime and click Edit profile 
    5. Click the My Profile tab
    6. Click Change Email
    7. Follow the prompts to change your email
  2. Check your email's Junk or Spam folder to see if the Zoopla email alert is there
