Clearing web browser Cookies
Google Chrome:
- Click the ellipsis icon (3 dots) at the top right of your browser window
- Click Settings
- In the Privacy and security section, click Clear browsing data
- Ensure that only the Cookies and other site data box is ticked
- Click Clear data
To add a site to allow all cookies and site data:
- Click the ellipsis icon (3 dots) at the top right of your browser window
- Click Settings
- In the Privacy and security section, click Site settings
- In the Permissions section, click Cookies and site data
- In the Allow section, click Add
- In the Site field, type in www.smartnewhomes.com and click Add
Firefox:
- Click on the burger icon (3 lines) at the top right of your browser window
- Click Options
- Click the Privacy & Security tab
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data
- Ensure that only the Cookies and Site Data box is ticked
- Click Clear

- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Manage Permissions
- In the Address of web site field, type in www.smartnewhomes.com and click Allow
- Click Save Changes
Microsoft Edge:
- Click the ellipsis icon (3 dots) at the top right of your browser window
- Click Settings
- Click the Privacy & Security tab
- In the Cookies section, ensure Don't block cookies is selected
- In the Clear browsing data section, click Choose what to clear
- Ensure that only the Cookies and saved website data box is ticked
- Click Clear
Clearing your Cache
Google Chrome:

- Click Settings
- In the Privacy and security section, click Clear browsing data
- Ensure that only the Cached images and files box is ticked
- Click Clear data
Firefox:
- Click on the burger icon (3 lines) at the top right of your browser window
- Click Options
- Click the Privacy & Security tab
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data
- Ensure that only the Cached Web Content box is ticked
- Click Clear
Microsoft Edge:
- Click the ellipsis icon (3 dots) at the top right of your browser window
- Click Settings
- Click the Privacy & Security tab
- In the Clear browsing data section, click Choose what to clear
- Ensure that only the Cached data and files box is ticked
- Click Clear
