Searching for properties on PrimeLocation is easy, with properties divided into For sale, To rent, New homes, and International. Each department can be searched within, the results saved, properties added to your favourites list and emailed to friends and family members as well.
- Go to www.primelocation.com
- Hover over your desired department; For Sale, To rent, New homes, or International
- Click the relevant Property for sale/to rent tab
- Type in your search area and basic search criteria for your dream home
- Enter the location or postcode of the area where you want to search
- Select the Min price and Max price from the dropdown menus
- Select the Property type from the dropdown menu
- Select the number of Bedrooms you'd like the property to have, from the dropdown menu
- You can click Advanced search options if you really want to tailor your results

- From your search, you can click Save your search or Get instant alerts
If you would like more information or to arrange a viewing for any property listed on our website, whether it's for sale or to rent:
- Click on the listing to view it fully
- You can either click Request Details, or, call the telephone number displayed to contact the estate agent who is marketing it. Alternatively, scroll down to the Contact agent form at the bottom of the listing

- Open the PrimeLocation Android App
- Tap the Menu icon
- Within your desired department; For Sale, To rent, New homes, or International, tap the relevant Property for sale/to rent subtab
- Add in your search criteria for your dream home
- Tap in the search bar to enter the Location or Postcode of the area where you want to search. Tap Use current location if you want to use your phones location to focus your search
- Within the Price section, tap No min and No max to open up a list from where you can select the minimum and maximum house price values
- Within the Bedrooms section, tap No min and No max to open up a list from where you can select the number of Bedrooms you'd like the property to have
- Within the Distance from location section, tap This area only to open up a list from where you can select the search radius for potential homes
- Within the Added section, tap Anytime to open up a list from where you can specify whether you search for homes that have been listed in a given time period
- Within the Sort by section, tap Highest price to open up a list from where you can select how you sort and view the search results
- Within the Property type section, tap Show all to open up a list from where you can select whether to view results for all, Houses, Flats or Farms/land
- In the Include section, you can tick boxes as to whether to view New homes, Retirement homes, Shared ownership homes, Auctions, or those that are Under offer or sold STC
- Tap Search
- From your search, you also have the options to:
- Tap the ellipsis icon (three dots) on the upper toolbar. From here you can Sort your results, view the results in a Map view, Create email alert, or Save this search
- Tap Save below each listing if you want to favourite a home. You can also Hide it, should you not wish to see it in search results again
- Open the PrimeLocation iOS App
- Tap the Menu icon
