To list an overseas property for sale, you will need to be registered with one of our international agents, as PrimeLocation doesn't accept properties listed for sale directly by the owner.
If your agent is a member of PrimeLocation, your property should appear in the International section of our website soon after they have uploaded it to our database.
Luckily you can find an agent on PrimeLocation to assist you in selling your property.
- Go to www.primelocation.com
- Hover over Find agents
- Click Find international agents
- Select the country your property is located in
- You can search for specific agents if you have a preference, or, if you have been recommended one
- Click Search
The agents in the country where you are looking to market your property will be listed, in alphabetical order, along with statistics on their average asking price and listing time.
You can click on an agent to view more information about them, or use the buttons to the side to call or email.
Note
If your property is listed via an agent and you wish the listing details to be updated, or, removed, you will need to email the agent with your instructions. You can do this via the Request Details or Arrange viewing links on the details page for that property listing. This is due to the fact that as property listings are provided to us via an estate agent feed, we are unable to change any details without instruction from the agent
