Searching for an International (Overseas) property on PrimeLocation is easy. Once you have searched for your dream home, the results can be saved, properties added to your favourites list, and you can email properties to friends and family members as well.
- Go to www.primelocation.com
- Hover over International and click International property for sale
- Click the Select country dropdown menu, select your desired country, and click Search
- Alternatively, click a country from within the Popular countries for overseas property section
- Click Filters and keywords to refine your search criteria
- Use the Keywords box to tailor your results
- Search for homes by typing in single words, comma separated, e.g. garage, pool
- Search for homes by typing in exact phrases, using quotations marks, e.g. "marble floor"
- You can also exclude a term by prefixing it with '-', e.g. -semi detached
- Select the Property type from the dropdown menu
- Select the Min price and Max price from the dropdown menus
- Select the Currency from the dropdown menu
- Select the number of Beds you'd like the property to have, from the dropdown menus
- Select the Status of the properties; when they were added to our site, whether to Exclude new homes, or include homes under offer or sold STC
- Use the Keywords box to tailor your results
- Click Update
- From your search, you can click Save your search or Get instant alerts

- Click on the listing to view it fully
- You can either click Request Details, or, call the telephone number displayed to contact the estate agent who is marketing it. Alternatively, scroll down to the Contact agent form at the bottom of the listing

- Tap the Select country field to open a dropdown menu and select your desired country
- Add in your search criteria for your dream home
- Within the Currency section, tap the most appropriate one to you
- Within the Price section, tap No min and No max to open up a list from where you can select the minimum and maximum house price values
- Within the Bedrooms section, tap No min and No max to open up a list from where you can select the number of Bedrooms you'd like the property to have
- Within the Keywords section, you can refine your search criteria to tailor your results

- In the Include section, you can tick boxes as to whether to view New homes, or those that are Under offer or sold STC
- Tap Search
- From your search, you also have the options to:
- Tap the ellipsis icon (three dots) on the upper toolbar. From here you can Sort your results, Create email alert, or Save this search
- Tap Save below each listing if you want to favourite a home. You can also Hide it, should you not wish to see it in search results again
