Searching for a Commercial property on PrimeLocation is easy. Once you have searched for your ideal commercial property, the results can be saved, properties added to your favourites list, and you can email properties to friends and family members as well.
- Go to www.primelocation.com
- Hover over your desired department; For Sale or To rent
- Click the relevant tab, Commercial property for sale, or, Commercial property to let
- Add in your search criteria
- Enter the location or postcode of the area where you want to search
- Select the Property type from the dropdown menu
- Select the Units from the dropdown menu
- Select the Min unit size and Max unit size from the dropdown menus
- Select the Min price and Max price from the dropdown menus
- You can click Advanced search options if you really want to tailor your results
- Click the Distance from location dropdown menu to specify the search radius for potential commercial properties
- Click the Added dropdown menu to specify whether you search for properties that have been listed in a given time period
- Click the Sort by dropdown menu to specify how you sort and view the search results
- Use the Keywords box to tailor your results
- Search for properties by typing in single words, comma separated, e.g. studio, showroom
- Search for properties by typing in exact phrases, using quotations marks, e.g. "showroom"
- You can also exclude a term by prefixing it with '-', e.g. -studio
- Tick the boxes as to whether to include properties that are Under offer or sold STC, or whether to only show properties that are Property for sale or Business for sale
- Click Search
- From your search, you can click Save your search or Get instant alerts
If you would like more information or to arrange a viewing for any property listed on our website, whether it's for sale or to rent:
- Click on the listing to view it fully
- You can either click Request Details, or, call the telephone number displayed to contact the estate agent who is marketing it. Alternatively, scroll down to the Contact agent form at the bottom of the listing

- Tap in the search bar to enter the Location or Postcode of the area where you want to search. Tap Use current location if you want to use your phones location to focus your search
- Within the Property type section, tap Show all to open up a list from where you can select what type of property you desire
- Within the Units section, tap Square feet to open up a list from where you can select the type of unit
- Within the Unit size section, tap No min and No max to open up a list from where you can select the minimum and maximum sizes
- Within the Price section, tap No min and No max to open up a list from where you can select the minimum and maximum commercial property price values
- Within the Distance from location section, tap This area only to open up a list from where you can select the search radius for potential properties
